To restore confidence, dignity, and stability to individuals and families experiencing clothing insecurity by providing free, quality clothing resources, community-centered outreach, and year-round support programs.

Our Story

Healing Hearts Since 2019

The Healing Closet Corp. was founded in Atlanta, Georgia in 2019 with a simple belief: access to quality clothing can provide more than something to wear — it can help restore confidence, dignity, and hope.

What began with clothing assistance has continued to grow into community-centered outreach serving individuals and families throughout Metro Atlanta. Our work now includes clothing and shoe distribution, hygiene essentials, seasonal outreach, school support, maternal and family resources, volunteer engagement, and connections to additional community services.

As community needs have evolved, so has our vision. The Healing Closet is building a collaborative model that connects direct assistance with trusted community resources so that individuals and families can receive support beyond the items we distribute.
